Pool and BBQ Area Hours

 Open 7am to 9pm Daily 

No jumping, running, or bombing into the pool. 

All children must always be supervised by an adult in the pool and barbecue area. 

No glass inside or within two meters of the pool. 

Music speakers are to be kept to a reasonable volume level. 

BBQs are electric and available from 7am to 9pm daily.

Please clean BBQ with the provided supplies located in buckets on rear shelf after use.

The fridge is available for everyone's use, please remove items when leaving the area. 

Rubbish shutes are located next to the western stairwell on each level.

Please ensure all rubbish is bagged where possible.

Please note that the bin with a yellow lid on each level is for glass items only.

If your item is too big for the shute please take it to the bin room on the ground level next to the western stairwell.

One car is permitted per apartment in the building car park.

Please register your vehicle on the Resident/ Guest Register.

Unregistered vehicles parked in the building car park are at risk of being towed at the owner's expense.

 There are no post boxes for apartments. 

Deliveries are received by reception if delivered during manned hours, please contact to collect.

Free of charge parcel lockers/ paid for PO Boxes are available at Australia Post Maroochydore.

For visitors to call your apartment on the building entry intercom, enter the apartment number and then press star (*) to call.

To answer a call on the in-room intercom, press the green handset icon. 

To let a visitor in, press the blue key icon to open the entry door and unlock the relevant level on the lifts.

To ignore/dismiss a call on the in-room intercom, press the red handset icon.

Each apartment has a unique six-digit code to access the building entry door and pool area without a key or fob. 

To use the front door keypad press # Enter your Apartment number then enter your code and press # again to submit.

To use the pool gate keypad press # Enter your code only and press # again to submit.

To obtain your code, please contact the appropriate party.

Residents: Each apartment has its own secure Wi-Fi network. Network names are linked to apartment numbers. For example, the Wi-Fi network for apartment 12 would be "APT12".
